The TUF Public workshop addresses issues in a collaborative environment. Those attending bring challenges from frontline, team and management contexts. The shared learning experience benefits everyone, increases insight, and leads to practical application back in the workplace.

The public workshop gives you freedom to:

Explore issues away from work
Take a fresh look at all your communication challenges
Learn from others you don’t normally associate with

While the public workshops are of a more generic nature, the specific scenarios and focus of the workshop are determined by those attending. Participants often find it easier to trust people they don’t have to spend their normal working day with.

Workshop terms and conditions

What is the cost?

The fee for the TUF programme is $740+GST per person.

This fee includes pre-workshop online module, workshop, activity book, quick reminder guide, monthly reminder emails for a year, and a certificate of completion.

TUF cancellation policy

If you make a booking and then cancel within 5 working days of the workshop or don’t show up, you will be charged 100% of the fee.

If you cancel more than 5 working days from the workshop, you will be charged a 25% administration fee.

You are welcome to send a substitute in either of these situations.
